Change Your Thinking, Change Your Life

Advertising has us believing that because someone else was successful in a certain program, you will get the same results. If we follow their 4,12 or 15 step program, you will be; out of debt, lose weight, live your best life…etc.

This is faulty thinking. You are different in every way. Your genetics are different, your determination is different and, your lifestyle is different. Success is not following someone else’s blueprint in life. You must design your own blueprint and find what works for you. This requires taking time to get more in-tune with yourself. There is no other way. The answers are all inside you.

Searching out other people's experiences is helpful for you to find skills that you were not aware of. This is the road less traveled and more difficult to navigate. This is the only way for you to truly change your life and live your best life ever.

Your options are: 1) keep riding the diet/fitness roller coaster, 2) take the time to become more intuitive about your body and your health. Take it one step at a time and make the changes slowly. Over time you pick up momentum and change becomes easier.

Start with the hard part of sifting through your thoughts. Then behaviors become easy to change. The answers are all inside you.
