Wellness is an active process in becoming more aware of and making choices toward living a healthier and more fulfilling life. It is more than being free from illness. It is a dynamic and progressive process of change and personal growth. This change is a process and cannot be rushed. Your journey is an accumulation of many small changes that result in an amazing transformation. Once you feel the power of your choice, the possibilities are endless.
We all are uniquely designed, so no one blueprint will work for everyone to lead a healthier/happier life. This is where my vision of designing habits for your best living was formed. My passion is to help you design habits that fit into your values and priorities that help you grow toward a healthier being. We must find our own path across all spectrums because what works for one person does not work for another.
We are being taught to rely on electronic devices to tell us how we are progressing. Searching and relying on checklists to make sure you are on track. What is missing is you. You have lost the capability to feel your wellness, know what works for you, and stop relying on a checklist and various numbers to validate your progress. It is time to get to know yourself, know who you are, and what works for you.
Move Well. Age Well.
Move Well Age Well has two options.
Option 1 - This is individual training that focuses on balancing imbalances in your body or taking your current fitness to the next level. It involves 8 30-min sessions occurring twice a week. You will learn about how your body works so your body start working more effectively for you.
Option 2 - This is a virtual class conducted through Zoom. The focus is to get you moving in all directions with enough resistance to keep your muscle and bones healthy as you age. The class also includes improving your range of motion, balance, and flexibility to address the entire perspective of wellness. Options are presented during the course so you can work at your level and enjoy the fellowship.
I use minimal equipment for the class. What is needed is a stable chair, thera-bands (have some that can be purchased), light and medium weights. The movements can be done with or without resistance that is slowly increased over time.
Throughout the class, you will get instructions on the muscles used during each of the movements. This way, you are using your time effectively and getting the most out of every workout.
I started using Young Living Essential Oils 5 years ago and today they play a huge supporting role in my wellness routine. On my journey to become a certified CARE (Center for Aromatherapy Research and Education) Instructor, I learned so much about the chemistry of essential oils which many their application much more understandable. My passion is to help you transition from chemicals that invade your health to natural products that greatly compliment your home life as well as your wellness.
We all are made differently and it is important to become educated on how the oils can compliment your daily living and wellness. They are great in supporting every system in your body and they smell amazing. It is like bringing nature into your home.

This technique uses 8 different essential oils that support every body system. It will leave you feeling refreshed and renewed. It is a sequence of anointing with oils and lying on of hands that brings structural and electrical alignment to the body in a relaxing and invigorating manner with the use of essential oils. The oils assist in reprogramming correct information in cellular memory to restore and maintain physical and emotional wellness.
This service is an in-person appointment. The first visit takes just over an hour to make sure you understand the oils and what to focus on as you experience the Raindrop. It is done in silence so you are able to feel the oils as they work to clean your cells from head to toe.
